Meet Our Team
Art Martinez
Art Martinez, a native Houstonian, leads the company’s operations, responsible for real estate and real property acquisitions in the Greater Houston Market. He also oversees the company’s ongoing evolution of solutions to assist homeowners.
In his role with Ricoh Americas, he serves as Director of Channel Sales and Development. Art is responsible for the company’s increasing development and expansion efforts into high-growth major markets. He develops market development programs to launch successful fiscal year revenue goals and initiatives with digital transformation strategies. Manages a $40 million P&L with an average of 22% annual growth and return on sales.
Before joining Ricoh in April 2012, Art served as Sr. program manager and solutions sales executive for Xerox. He was instrumental in growing revenues for the $20 billion global manufacturer by more than 20 percent during a three-year period.
While at Masterworks International, Art led the company’s operations and inside sales team as Vice President of Operations and General Manager. Instituted a strategic new market-based focus and turnkey program that segmented products, solutions, and services enabling annual growth of 10%. Developed and implemented innovative sales tools, competitive intelligence, and return on investment analysis models to reduce cost while improving operating income.
Art is a licensed Texas Realtor with the National Association of Realtors Accredited Buyers Representative Designation (ABR) and Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) accreditations. He also holds the following certifications: Real Estate Negotiations Expert (RENE), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Short Sale Foreclosure Resource (SFR), and Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES). Art studied business management at Lone Star College.
Holley Nguyen
Holley Nguyen opens the line of communication between clients, customers, and businesses to get projects done. With over 20 years in the private sector, Holley has experience in customer service, project management, home design consultation, team building, professional development, strategic implementation, and company collaboration.
Holley has led and coordinated major projects at Ace Handyman Services, Eureka Lighting and Lighting Associates Inc. She managed multimillion-dollar projects while exceeding aggressive timelines, reducing costs, and enabling additional gross profit to the company’s bottom line.
Holley earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston and is a licensed Texas Realtor with EXP. Holley achieved certifications in Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and Short Sale Foreclosure Resource (SFR).
Holley enjoys volunteering in the local community and participating in her kid’s student council, choir, and debate team activities.
